Further to our earlier announcement on the Proposed Acquisition, the Board of
Directors is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on
31 December 2002 and Asiatic Green Tech Sdn Bhd has since become a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Asiatic Development Berhad.
